Three Working It Out

I know Max can help Ben release his tension.
But are both of them warming up to hit on
me?

I’ve always had a crush on my best friend Ben.
He’s handsome and ripped and funny to boot.
Too bad he’s gay.
But at least we enjoy laughing together at work.
Especially over Muscle Max’s cheesy workout commercials.
They say it’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt.
And both Ben and I soon get hurt—by other people.
His way of healing is to retreat.
Whereas mine is to get back out there in the dating scene.
But it’s no laughing matter when I decide I want to get into shape.
Suddenly Muscle Max’s ads look more appealing to me than funny.
And so do his infamous muscles.
I’m starting to think I want some very personal training from him.
But Ben thinks I’m silly to get rid of my curves to try to get a new guy.
And he blames Max for becoming a bad influence on me.
Or is it just that he’s jealous?
Soon my best friend and I are fighting.
And my new trainer is fighting with my friend!
But do they both actually like me… and each other?

Can the three of us work out our differences?
Or will that end up spraining our relationship even more?
