Just One Look

Leah Porter is tired of the carousel of a-holes she’s been riding for years. It does nothing but go round and round in circles, and she’s ready to get off.

She’s made a resolution, and she plans to stick to it—no more dating anyone she’s attracted to. If she meets a guy with tattoos, muscles, a motorcycle, and seriously amazing hands…that would be her first sign to pass him by.

When she meets Lance Taylor, he checks all of those boxes, plus a few more she hadn’t even thought of. Yep, full body tingles, lightheadedness, and weak knees had to be the second sign.

Right?

Lance Taylor knew one thing for sure—if he was attracted to a woman, that meant she was bad news. He didn’t know how, and it might be months before he found out, but it never failed. If he felt something for a woman, it meant there was something seriously wrong with her.

Leah Porter seems different, and not just because of her pink hair and pinup curves. Everything about her tells him that she’s not like anyone he’s ever met before. But trusting that means trusting himself, and that’s not something he’ll ever do.

For the pink-haired pinup and the motorcycle man, is love enough to overcome the past and give them a future?
